"What does Areté mean?"
Areté (pronounced "Are-uh-tay") is a word from ancient Greece which means "usefullness" "virtue" and "goodness". Simply put, it means excellence and the fulfilment of potential.
At Areté Lawn Care, we believe each man is given gifts, and possesses a duty to develop them, in order to become the greatest version of himself that he can be.

"How do I know that I will get quality service?"
We have fantastic online reviews, and we maintain many hundreds of lawns in your area. Also, to ensure a high level of quality, you will have a dedicated customer service rep to be there to handle questions, requests, concerns, and make sure our employees are taking good care of your yard.
"How is payment handled?"
We put a card on file and charge it automatically every 4 weeks. No more writing checks or leaving cash out for the lawn guy. Our one-time visits with our 'Priority Service' program are paid upfront.
"Are you insured and licensed?"
Yes, we are licensed insured with high liability limits which ensures if there are any issues you are absolutely covered.
"When can I expect my first visit?"
Typically your first visit will be about one week from after you signup but can take up to two weeks depending on scheduling constraints. If you signup for a one-time visit with our 'Priority Service' we may be able to get your visit scheduled immediately.
"What discounts do you have?"
We offer a 6% discount to customers that pay upfront for the year, but we offer 12 monthly installment payments for customers who choose to pay over time.
"What do you do in the winter?"
We work on a weekly/biweekly schedule from March-October, and in the winter months we are still offering services. However, it is on a once-monthly frequency by request, no extra charge. There are no visits in January. Most visits in the winter months are for cleaning up leaves and final cleanups before the end of the season.
